Vilnius is easily accessible by air from all major European cities. It never takes more than three hours to fly from many European cities and “hubs” including Copenhagen, London, and Frankfurt.

The Vilnius International Airport is the largest airport in the country and it is situated just outside the center of Vilnius. It is only 7 km/15 min driving distance from the center of the city or a fifteen-minute drive by car.

If you came to Vilnius for a short visit, you can put up at the hotels situated next to the airport or book overnight accommodation simply in the arrival hall of the airport, on the ground floor. The medical aid station is on the second floor.
